I just realized it this morning and moved it all over to the current thread.
@LindaWhit Thanks for moving my photo to the right month. I obviously don’t know what month it is yet
BF really embracing the new wok. Cinco de Bulgogi! Super thinly sliced rib eye (cut for hot pot), my kimchi, doctored up ssamjang, a couple of fresh panchan, and beautiful lettuce he got from the FM for ssam (aka, taco).
oh shit!! sorry that happened… glad you got the Paxlovid. Hoping it passes quickly and relatively mildly.
Had to enjoy that weather here in the Philly region yesterday! Whipped Feta dip, Hummus and veggies were dinner for me!
I typically steer clear of exhausting recipes!

It’s still lunch time here, but I’ll probably be having this for dinner. Not wasting food, growing in my planter salad greens, Serious Eats salads and vinagrette, storing avocado under water, and ventressca among other tunas! So many threads.

Yo I am from Philly too. Been a crazy spring. Making cheesesteaks for dinner tonight

Your good friends are probably amazing! I’m imagining what they brought?, and from the fortune cookies my fantasy includes something Chinese.
Mrs. P made crispy soft shell crab, using self rising flour, and a side of roasted mini and shishito peppers. It was topped with a delicious sauce of fresh herbs, capers, and white vermouth. We started off with homemade guacamole and chips. It all went great with an excellent Spanish red blend.
You forgot to remove the lids before taking photos! Ha! All we see are ’ water condensation’!!
Each picture is better than the last. And your feline is scrumptious
Thank you
Stunning! And I love the greens/capers visual effect – looks like sea greens.
Last night for Cinco de Mayo, we had Birria tacos for the 1st time. They were interesting and good, but not sure we’ll repeat; think when craving those flavors will make Chile Colorado to scratch that particular itch. No fun drinks of any kind either! The day kind of sneaked up, unfortunately.
