Roasting lamb kofte/merguez… check out that Paxil magnet from like 1997! No; don’t.

Planning to roast cured pork belly in an hour.

Definitely eating Popeye’s chicken thigh from Monday’s lunch.

Also planning my own chicken thigh meal for tommorow.

Mussels with my baked bread . It’s going to be better than the last . Tomorrow rosemary chicken . Recipe from Victoria Baldini . I told her I’m cooking my way through your book . She got me the Amaretti cookies when she went to Redding for the chicken recipe. Cheers :wine_glass:

Sounds great for breakfast for a breakfast for a large crew.

Flying solo tonight, and wanting to cut down on meat consumption, bought a pack of Dr. Praeger veggie burgers today. They’re actually very good. Superior to most I’ve tried.

So here they are with some provolone, raw onion, and a touch of thousand island. Martin’s seeded potato roll. Yum.

Swoon-worthy.

White bean and kale soup for dinner, with swordfish in a harissa marinade, plus sweet potato fries.

Made tapioca and potato patties for an app - there were only a couple per head. Repurposed a tapioca breakfast dish from the weekend for this. Really good, but burnt myself a bit courtesy tapioca splatting in oil. Silver lining, one favorite kid is converted re tapioca.

Picked some more sweet limes yesterday, and cut one for dessert - just PERFECT!

And… a trial batch of whole Meyer lemon jam. Tastes like lemon curd without eggs.

All look good, but can you share details about the whole Meyer Lemon jam?

my kind of spread. sorry it had to be for a memorial though.

I made brown rice chicken bowls for the fam but had my chicken over a sweet potato concoction. Sides of omnipresent broccoli as the kiddo always eats it with gusto, black beans, salsa, sweet potato chip things, a d cilantro. Tasty.
