We had another excellent dinner at Ammata Thai despite them being out of a few of our regular dishes. Besides the usually excellent Southern crab curry, lon of crab dip, Isaan Khao Tod, and the crispy betel leaves with crispy rice cake replacing the sold out betel leaves, we had Phad Phed beef with stir fried beef tenderloin, red chili paste, green peppercorn, Thai eggplant, red chili, kaffir lime leaves, string beans and Thai basil.
