It was perfectly grilled. Mrs. P said it was one of the best pieces of fish that she has had.

I’m with you on the pizza - it’s been decades since I’ve had such a thin-crust-yet-saucy pizza, and now it’s all I’m craving. @ GretchenS linked to the charred scallion dressing - good stuff!
