Still working on a cranberry-walnut loaf from Thanksgiving. Here toasted, with a honeycrisp apple, and plenty of PB2 for slathering on both.
PB2? Is that a special kind of peanut butter?
It’s a dehydrated peanut butter. Lots of uses (backpacking, baking, protein shakes, etc.). I like it because they’ve taken out the fats. I love PB, but it had turned into an occasional treat due to the high calorie count With PB2, I feel good about eating it any time.

It’s on the iPhone, the 16.1.1 has the ability to remove the background. And since I usually take pics on my white table, this just made it easier. I googled around a bit to find out how it worked, insomnia has some benefits😂
