Bagel sandwich with scrambled eggs, onions, bison patty and sweet American cheese. Oh, and horseradish sauce.

Oh, I thought this was some sort of special American cheese I should definitely not get.
I like Kraft Deli Deluxe. It’s processed cheese, but it’s not processed cheese food. So it’s at least real cheese adjacent.
Kraft Singles pairs well with horseradish.
Sort of like a poorman’s version of habernero queso fresco.

Have you tried pineapple cream cheese?
Cows’ Blue Moo blue cheese on my apricot muffin. That glob on the edge of the plate is quince jelly.
