We almost always have eggs & rotisserie chicken in the house. Bacon not as often, and we specifically had to pick up the gorgonzola for this one.
It’s so satisfying, tho, and so worth it

Spring Radish and Egg Salad over baby arugula
This is really good! I used red radishes, purple daikon and watermelon radishes. Briny picholine olives. I cut the honey in half because I’m not a sweets person !

I am making this tonight. Unlike Russian salad, the Dutch add an apple to the potato vegetable meat mix.
