Pork ribs - your favorite recipes / preparations?

Baby backs without a smoker or grill? Speechless I say; speechless. :joy:

I succumbed to a rack of ribs that the butcher kindly cut smaller (he misunderstood what I said).

Currently have half marinating filipino style char siu-like, and am trying to figure out which way to go with the other half.
