Tuna salad. LOTSA Vidalia onion, celery, celery seed and sweet pickle. Eaten straight from the bowl because the bread went for morning toast. :laughing:

A veritable picnic of fridge veggies provided the fixings for caponatina, grilled peppers, chickpeas with fresh herbs, cauliflower/ broccoli/ blk olives.
Prosciutto and a sesame roll completed lunch.

Mortadell and provolone on a Italian roll, spicy Calabrian chili spread/mayo/mustard/red onion/lettuce and tomato from my local Italian deli. Only ate half, saving the rest for later. Only $13 CAD!
