Didn’t suck.

Some kinda fish paste based tube. Taiwan actually does oden very well. Even at the convenience stores.

Taiwan stir fry rice noodle. Stir fry Lo Bak Goh (turnip cake).
Veggies: baby corn, King oyster mushrooms, and broccoli.

Red wine for her. Too early for the hard stuff.

The last bowl of chicken chile verde over rice after a benefit show planning meeting on zoom. I was hongry!

I made some homemade tortillas, but they came out a little “wonky”. No worries, they still made nice cheese quesadillas for the ladies for lunch (paired with some tomato soup).

KAB Recipe of the year 2026 puff pizza dough. A laminated pizza dough that results in a thin , crisp crust. I think this would be lovely for a quiche, but I personally prefer a traditional pizza dough. This was made with 3 cheeses, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan, hot pepper flakes, Italian seasoning and evoo.
