Yes, it’s a mojo pork marinated in orange juice (not sour orange though) and lime juice and garlic among other things, from the same batch as here: What's for Dinner #46 - the June Is Busting Out All Over Edition - June 2019 - #508 by Mr_Happy which has a link to the recipe as well. It came out pretty well but I think next time I will try brining it as well as it could have been even juicier.
