We had some fabulous takeout from St. Eve’s in Ho Ho Kus. We haven’t been there in a while but the food was excellent as always. We enjoyed a crab meat timbale with mango and gazpacho dressing; crispy spring duck rolls with soba noodles; grilled Alaskan halibut and shrimp with asparagus, capers, and lemon butter; and a BBQ pork chop with jalapeno corn relish and a rhubarb berry compote. It all went great with an excelllent French wine.
