What's for Dinner #127 - the It's Madness! Edition - March 2026

I use dashi granules and hot water with dehydrated wakame or ochazuke furikake, sometimes green onion too. After the water is added I submerge a small cocktail strainer resting on the top of the bowl, scoop out some miso with a mini whisk, and whisk the miso in the strainer until it dissolves into the water. Then I take the strainer out with the larger bits of the miso and discard.
