fo sho! Thanks!

Not commenting on the legal analysis but 1000% why should you pay to replace keys that they lost? I would complain vociferously.
2x homemade = fancy
When we bought our house 12 yrs ago and the kids were somewhat young, we decided to straight up dodge the lost key bullet by putting number pad locks on our front and back doors. It’s been great. Good for cleaning ladies too, here and there. They get their own code which is then decommissioned when the engagement ends.
That looks delicious! Also, happy birthday!
Thanks much!
Spicy rotisserie chicken and salad bowl.
Tomorrow is a big day for me, gonna discuss Ozempic with my endocrinologist and see what he thinks.
I have plenty of questions and hopefully he has the right answers. What have I got to lose, except 20 + pounds.

Lamb kofte from the posh butcher, sour cream mashed potatoes, salad of FM green beans and cherry tomatoes with kalamatas and creamy feta dressing. I am finally mastering the new grill and the kofte was crispy outside, pink and juicy inside, just the way I wanted it to be.
A side of roasted arctic char and portobello mushrooms stir fried with chile morita, peanuts, and lime leaves - me improvising tonight. Came out great; the lime leaves gave a nice citrus pop without adding too much acid or unneeded liquid to the dish. The mushrooms made enough that half just went straight into the fridge for a meal tomorrow.
Hoping against hope I thought I might get away with plain old leftovers from last night. No such luck. Chicken flautas. Refried beans, fresh guac, sour cream, On The Border hot sauce and chips.
Leftover feta tomato bake + garlic scapes/green beans/salmon (overdone a bit, as the albumin seeped out). The customers (ie, B my husband) were happy nonetheless.
Supermarket salmon sushi/nigiri for Spring Onion (not pictured) before his School of Rock class, because that’s how lil rockers roll.
Thats the point. They should have paid (happily they found the keys so its moot).
For tonight’s dinner, I was on the fence between a garlicky shrimp dish and a spicy shrimp dish. Thanks to @Amandarama for recommending a recipe which straddled both.
Shrimp Mozambique with onions, garlic, paprika, and piri piri. I didn’t have PP peppers, but I did/do have piri piri sauce, so used that with a pinch of ground Datil peppers for extra heat. I also ran with her idea for serving with a rice pilaf – here with Spanish chorizo, scallion whites, and arborio rice. Lastly, as it’s summer and the garden is generous: sides of COTC and cukes in vinaigrette.
