What's For Dinner #111 - the "I Got A Rock" Edition - October 2024

Had a busy cooking evening to finish making Diwali treats (mainly for my little nephew), so hunger crept on me.

Quick solution was Viet Umami Garlic Noodles topped with the last piece of the Vietnamese lemongrass grilled pork chops from the other day. Napa cabbage and king oyster mushrooms in the noodles. Not complaining, it was a delicious quick-fix!
