I’m rather haunted by this pie. Did you treat the onions any way before topping (ie saute, roast, etc.)? It doesn’t look like it, but I thought I’d go to the source. TIA!

The onions were raw when placed on the pizza. I just sliced them and placed them on the pizza. My oven only goes up to 525(F) and it is a real uneven heat. I have to rotate it 3 times – 6 minutes, 6 minutes, then 2-3 more minutes and pull it.

The black olives were from a can, again… I just sliced them and put them on the pizza. (prior to baking).

This is one of Sunshine’s favorite pizza(s), I like it as well.
