Em?

Jinx! (But really just a poached egg on a muffin with everything bagel seasoning.)

I made ONE (1) drop biscuit. Thanks to all on the baking thread who pointed me in various directions for the how-to. The heavy cream and self-rising flour(I had both) recipe is infinitely scalable, since there are only 2 ingredients.

NB I realized my biggest question, having never made biscuits before, was that I had no clue what the consistency of the dough was supposed to feel like (I do not bake, and the world is grateful for that, trust me). So I watched a WHOLE LOT of videos. Which was mostly torture, dear God! (I’m not much of a YouTube watcher either :joy:) Anyway, spread on some good butter, and down the hatch! I wanted another one TBH.

‘Emmenthal’?

Gosh, and here I thought I was the only one posting unintelligible abbreviations here :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I think you might be right, but only @BeefeaterRocks can say for sure!

The round bread thing that is the usual base for a Benny.
