I made ONE (1) drop biscuit. Thanks to all on the baking thread who pointed me in various directions for the how-to. The heavy cream and self-rising flour(I had both) recipe is infinitely scalable, since there are only 2 ingredients.
NB I realized my biggest question, having never made biscuits before, was that I had no clue what the consistency of the dough was supposed to feel like (I do not bake, and the world is grateful for that, trust me). So I watched a WHOLE LOT of videos. Which was mostly torture, dear God! (I’m not much of a YouTube watcher either

made lemon curd this morning. topped ww sourdough french toast with what was left after filling the jars, plus some yogurt. not my prettiest presentation, it was early:)
Doll sized. I invited Barbie to join me, but she declined because I didn’t have pink plates. So I ate it all myself.
Feeling all virtuous-like, I opted for a hearty yogurt, fruit & nuts brekkie today: 2% Fage, diced Cosmic Crisp, honey mango, walnuts.
Rye toast sliced from a loaf of (local bakery) Ovenbird’s Overnight Rye. I’m in heaven. I’d forgotten how good real rye bread tastes.
Cheezy, cheddar-y scrambled eggs and crispy bacon with a side of toasted cereali bread.
