Mine during weekdays is chicken breast and broccoli. Yours look more photogenic though.

I like this too, it’s beginning to be oatmeal weather.
I was thinking recently I should give it a try. I like peanut butter and I like oatmeal, what’s not to lose? And banana goes perfectly with both. Do you just stir in a bit of pb to your oatmeal?
I will mash an entire banana into a bowl, then add my oats and water and microwave it. Then add some salt and a scant tablespoon of peanut butter and stir it all up. No extra sugar needed.
Breakfast pizza with potato hash brown patty crust.  I made mine on a round pizza pan,  about a 3/4 recipe using 11 patties, 4 eggs, 6 slices of bacon and Mexican blend cheese w/ jalapeno 1 C total.

I guess it’s latke season as soon as I see the panettone and egg nog at the grocery store, right?
The egg nogs and the fake egg nogs are already at the grocery store.
I make the oatmeal then stir in a big blob of pb, quarter and slice some banana and drizzle some honey on top.

This morning’s breakfast was creamy scrambled eggs.. This is a layered dish  with the scrambled eggs on the bottom then spinach and sun dried tomatoes then the goat cheese on top. This time I crumbled the goat cheese on top of the eggs so the warmth of the eggs will melt the cheese a bit. It was very good and I would make it again.
