No, it’s made of peppers. Just very mild peppers.
Late brekko: the remaining slice of my PIC’s Friday night π, topped with two fried eggs from my buddy’s hens.
There was more crust than topping, and — while serviceable, TJ’s crust def ain’t good enuff to eat the bonez au nature. Mo bettah with dippy eggses.
Toast got a bit well-done here (it was dark rye to start off with though). Grilled chipolata sausages, cherry tomatoes, avocado, rocket (arugula).
Breakfast ‘pizza’ made from rye sourdough bread, cheddar, cherry tomatoes, sliced red chillies, sausage, with lots of arugula to cut through the richness.

My favorite breakfast recently is peanut butter and banana oatmeal.
I just made one of these for dinner last night. I’m thinking I undercooked it for about a minute or 90 seconds because it was a little bit wet in the middle. To save on costs I used one and a half cups of canola and half a cup of olive oil. After draining the potatoes and onions, I collected the remaining oil and put it in a Tupperware on the freezer for the next time that I make the same dish
fried egg, melted cheddar and salsa on Tostitos Scoops.
