Just egg bites. I blend whole eggs, some cottage cheese, hot sauce, S+P in a blender, then pour into greased nonstick muffin tins and crumble in some cooked bacon. Bake til done, about 12 minutes. They deflate as they cool. I store them in the fridge for breakfast.
We discovered a brand-new, ginormous branch of our favorite supermarket chain a quick scoot from our pad, which made me very happy. It’s the little things. I needed milk for our breakfast, and we wanted to take a closer look at the store. Pretty fantastic.
Breakfast was the usual: SBEs, splendid sourdough, cheeses, meats.
