Thank you! DH really did a solid job of hand pollinating this year - best fill we’ve ever had.
Bacon, eggs, toasted baguette

Speaking of bacon, I discovered 2 lbs of it in my rucksack this morning, I bought it on Monday and I guess I forgot to take it out

Needless to say, I chucked it in the bin, but not before I actually considered trying to save it.

Tomato pie leftovers, with a beaten egg, microwaved. Looked too ugly to photograph, but it was exceptionally delicious.
Sometimes ugly food is the most delicious
This is a tragedy. I haz a sadz. But probably not as much as a sadz as you had when it was tossed.
Luckily I bought it on sale, 2 for $7 which is cheap up here, but still tragic. A bigger tragedy would have been me getting deathly ill from eating it
. I can’t believe I actually considered it.
. I blame my pops for that…
Yeah, that’s a big NOPE from me on even thinking about trying it! Glad you didn’t.
Breakfast with house guests: yogurt, berries, muesli, hardboiled eggs, leftover cherry crumble, and chocolate scones.
I love to eat aloo parantha dipped in butter, with a bowl of yogurt in side and a cup of tea.
even writing its description makes me drool, its a combination made in heaven.
it tastes even more heavenly when my mother makes it.
You should join the current cuisine of the month thread, which is South Indian.
Groundhog Day??
Yes! I’m in the vicinity of Wiarton Willie!
Monday’s breakfast had crispier home fries. Tuesday’s included strawberry jam for the toast.
2 different chefs.
Nah, same “chef”, first day they were in the weeds so they threw the spuds in the deep fryer, day two, they actually remembered the strawberry jam on the plate
