Mashed potato pancakes made with Easter’s mashed potatoes with an addition of chopped green onion, an egg, some flour, s&p and gently fried in butter. Served with a bacon and cheddar omelet. Peach nectar and hot English Breakfast tea to wash it down.

Aw, man. That’s a bummer. Do any other nuts have that effect on you? Could you sub pecans, perhaps?
