The cannister in it is about 2.5L in size.
Depending on how active we are in the kitchen, it usually is filled up in a couple of days.
Of course, you don’t have to wait until its filled to turn it on. Since its so quiet, you can just let it run overnight (depending on how much is in it, the process takes anywhere between 3 to 6 hours).
I know this much. Given that it’s inside (and not outside) and it’s so quiet and relatively inconspicuous and small in footprint, I will be composting alot more.
