I have an Anova model with no frills, and a Zwilling that I use in the fridge, but only with their containers. I use canning jars in the pantry, mostly with gaskets and clamps, but I was curious about using regular canning jars.
ETA I just looked it up! The VPO5 seems to be saying it can bu used like a hot water bath in canning!
