I have my plan for the next week or two. It’s been catch as catch can around here lately so I’m hoping to do better getting organized. In two weeks I’ll find out if I have to have surgery or not on my broken foot. Here’s hoping not (that would feel like a big setback and mean a return to crutches and semi helplessness.

Dinner party: dinner party - dumplings, scallion pancakes, David Chang’s bo ssam [paywall] w/lettuce leaves, various sauces, and rice, garlic-sesame zucchini
Bo ssam (carnitas) tacos
Chicken Stroganoff (Velveeta boxed) - let’s be real, I need at least one easy fallback. Will add mushrooms and probably peas
Also planning zucchini bread reducing the sugar and swapping ww flour for half.
