Interesting! Especially if room temp works. Any thoughts about serving them room temp and how long they will be enjoyable that way?

I ate mine while hot and my husband ate at room temp and liked it just as much!

That is a GORGEOUS plate of food! A trillion forks and knives from me. Mind you, I enjoy pictures of all of your meals although I do admit I miss your Berlin breakfasts :grinning:

Aw, shucks. Thank you so much. I didn’t really put much thought into ‘plating’ (I was HONGRY), and I think I need to rearrange the toppings for easier consumption…

And I’m so, so with you regarding our Berlin breakfasts. I also miss the lunches & dinners there :wink:
