I have! I think I used a recipe from Micheal Dietsch.

I’ve been making tomato shrub. Most recipes call for macerating the tomato, and maybe pepper with sugar, and the celery, or basil with vinegar. Does anyone know why the basil or celery leaves can’t go in with the tomato and sugar?
Tomato with celery . Same recipe as the one in Shrubs: An Old-Fashioned Drink for Modern Times (Second Edition) by Michael Dietsch and Paul Clarke.

Yes! I think I am bouncing back and forth between this thread, and this roasted tomato thread , and getting confused!

More gazpacho. Much more, but the tomatoes are slowing down because of the heat.

Aw, shucks. Thank you so much. I didn’t really put much thought into ‘plating’ (I was HONGRY), and I think I need to rearrange the toppings for easier consumption…
And I’m so, so with you regarding our Berlin breakfasts. I also miss the lunches & dinners there
Only 9 more months!!!
