Oh, well maybe I will wait, for what…I dunno. I was in Costco yesterday eyeing candidates for the NY roast. A beautiful loin roast which would be adequate was $178. An even more beautiful prime, $238. I was thinking of spending my dividend on a roast. 'Prolly not

Faux Peking duck rolls are one of my favorite uses of leftover turkey or chicken.
Flour tortillas work just fine!
I like adding some broccoli slaw for crunch and veggie quotient.

Cauliflower chowder with smoked salmon, carrot, mushroom and onion. Celery salad refreshed with new parsley and walnuts and parm. WE’LL GET THROUGH THIS.
I froze some of our leftover turkey and made some turkey salad for Sunshine’s lunch with the rest.
