We happily ate turkey sandwiches and all the sides for 3 days, which didn’t leave us much in the way of leftovers except for just over half of a small loaf of whole wheat, cranberry-pecan bread. Today I built a strata, which I’ll bake in the a.m. for tomorrow’s breakfast (and the next day’s). I added Italian sausage, onion, gruyere cheese, eggs, milk and parsley.
