Cod fish and potato croquettes that are simply flavored, mostly by fish. I added some garlic.

The recipe calls for these to be battered in flour and egg before frying, but I used breadcrumbs for more crunch, pan frying to start and finishing in the oven

Delicious for being pretty simple. Would work well as a vehicle for canned tuna or salmon too.
