PULPO ALLA GALLEGA again (& again)

Pressure cooked the octopus again, but in a different way – pot-in-pot in the instant pot, not directly in the pressure cooker – much cleaner (no sputtering).

Grilled over charcoal once, which was delicious, and pan-seared the other time.
