To get us started, diets are an often-made New Year’s resolution. Not by me, of course, because I’d break the resolution within 24 hours or so.

Wonder what the “chicken” really is? And why is BBQ Pork so much more expensive than pork? (Is it real pork?)
It’s probably mechanically separated chicken that is re-formed into bite sized pieces. (Don’t google any pictures of mechanically separated chicken or meat… you’ll be sorry!!)
I’m thinking the “real chicken” is probably breast meat cubed.
I can only imagine they got numerous complaints and decided to divide the two types of “chicken” on the menu.
