Last month I made two large frittatas.
The first contained:
- Eggs
- Milk
- Swiss cheese
- Sautéed sweet onions
- Roasted broccoli
- Shredded, salted, and drained zucchini
- Handfuls of arugula
- Salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
The second contained:
- Eggs
- Milk
- Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses
- Sautéed red onion
- Soyrizo
- Handfuls of spinach
- Salt, pepper, and a few dashes of hot sauce

Lately I have been reminiscing about an item I used to get at Chilantro. I need to make it. Begin with a buttered and griddled Martin’s potato roll. Fill it with a bit of mayonnaise/ketchup type burger sauce, bulgogi, grilled onions, griddled and slightly charred kimchi, and a fried egg.
