Safe to eat cheese left in garage?

I forgot a big block of parmesan, probably 1 kg in the garage for a few weeks , it was packaged sous vide. We ate the whole thing, didn’t get sick at all. But yours are already sliced, so it is different. Tried to smell and taste if it is alright.

Edit: it was forgotten for 2 months, the parmesan was 30 month old.

We love Cheese!

Show some respect! This is not a cheese that only use grated on pasta or cooking but a real 30 month old Parmigiano Reggiano! So good that we kept cutting another slice and ate with yet another piece of bread. [image] [image] This piece more than 1kg is 19€, we got a good price buying from a co-op.
