If there’s an Adonis near you, they may have zoolbia right now (like jalebis – I found them at the Montreal one to everyone’s delight, but the next day they had disappeared).

We have lots of indie Middle Eastern markets in London, Ontario, but no Adonis.

There’s an Adonis in Mississauga. I’ve never been. I haven’t been to Mississauga in a very long time.

Toronto has a Persian neighbourhood near Yonge and Steeles north of the city, where there are Persian grocery stores, including Super Khorak. I don’t usually go to that part of town since traffic started becoming hellish about 4 years ago LOL.

I might look around for Zoolbia in Toronto this weekend

(But traffic in Mississauga is horrible. I’ll look for it closer to my stomping grounds! Lol

This is a really nice Persian bakery in Toronto. Not convenient for me these days. It was where I had my introduction to Persian pastries in the spring of 2007.

I might check out a BB Café

Check Yelp or Google, they pick it up if it’s mentioned in reviews or the menu (there are many spellings)

BB Café will have it, and the 1779 Avenue Road location works for me :slightly_smiling_face:

Suresh who wrote the blurb is a former Chowhound.

I also might get a take-out dinner from Pomegranate, if they aren’t too busy.
