Weekly Menu Planning - September 2025

I did follow through with the apple noodle kugel and tuna cakes on Monday.

Tuesday, I made Spanish pork meatballs with a tomato sauce.

Wednesday, I made the chicken thigh piccata and mash I had planned for Tuesday.

Thursday, I made a Persian lamb and apricot stew / tagine that I will make again, and saffron dill basmati.

the Arctic Char looked better than the Trout today, so here is the new plan.

Friday:
maple sesame garam masala char, boiled green beans with dill, and maple baked beans
