Today’s lunch was a chicken kebab wrap. The chicken and garlic sauce were really good!

Hangry today. First pot of chicken noodle soup post summer. Peach sauce from my last farm pick. Toast with oat milk cheddar spread and my attempt at sun dried ‘ maters. 1st, 2nd and 3rd meal for today in one sitting.

Breakfast burritos! Scrambled eggs with tomato, chiles, and potatoes. The last of last night’s chorizo, salami, and ham is in there too.

Lunch was 2 fried eggs and the last of the wonderful Lao pork sausages we brought home from the SEA market.

It also fairly adequately represents how I feel today :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Pork vindaloo courtesy of one of my sons yesterday. Made perfect lunch today with a farro, fideo, rice pilaf.

Fig, blackberries, cherries , some sliced almonds on top; this 7” cake will be sliced for dessert when it cools down.

Chicken salad on a club roll. I made the chicken salad from a Wegman’s rotisserie chicken I got via Instacart. My verdict - meh. I’ve only bought Whole Foods rotisserie chickens before. The difference? Whole Foods rotisserie chickens don’t contain added water/brine. The Wegman’s chicken was a whopping 14% added water. To me, it made the meat taste like deli loaf.

I ate the sandwich anyway.
