Spinach spaghetti, Italian mini meatballs, my sisters oven baked tomato sauce with TJ’s olive ciabatta bread warmed with an olive oil drizzle and hibiscus pineapple iced tea.

Raita, with cucumbers and dill from the garden. Not sure if dill even belongs in raita - maybe it’s really tzatziki.

Does it have garlic, too? Then it’s tzatziki.

Yogurt, garlic, cumin, cucumber, dill, salt. I don’t know what the hell it is. Dip.

Yeah, the cumin has no bidned in tzatziki, but it sounds like a good dip.

Sure. I used new potatoes, carrots, waxed beans, beets, peas and capers. I used a little mayo - just enough to coat the veggies.

Addressed to anyone really but how to prep the grape leaves before stuffing and rolling? I have actual grape leaves in my yard so I wouldn’t go buy the canned ones. I think?

This recipe uses fresh leaves. You soak them in hot water to soften them up.

Ok thxs. I couldn’t tell if you used wax beans.

I did. The recipe calls for green beans but I usedcwaxed since that’s what I had.

So I ate keema that as an Indian dish that is minced meat with spices and onion tomato paste and garlic, it was scrumptious, I had it with a bowl of rice and yogurt.

I wish I could find fresh wax beans for sale. I can’t remember the last time I saw them for sale.
