Lunch was the usual fried up BAKOS in ghee with fresh parsley on top followed by a rather delectable plate of olive oil-grilled baguette slices topped with luscious stracciatella, FM tomato, and basil.

Butterhead lettuce and cherry tomatoes topped with the farro salad with melty zucchini and sumac I made last night. Goat cheese too. I do this a lot - make a veggie side or grain and veg dish and then use that to top lunch salads.
Very nice! And far more substantial than just your reg’lar mixed salad.

The goose eggs taste richer and more eggy. Fun to try, won’t be a regular menu item at $2/ea.
Shared some with our friends for lunch today. Grilled pork cheeks and cornbread. Made for a good meal.
