I had cheerios in a cup while watching the baby bunny sample the different dandelions in the back yard. it seems some taste better than others. Only ate the blossoms The little thing started sneezing after eating one of the white seedy blooms.

Yep. There’s a new X’ian Famous Foods just south of Union Square in Manhattan, which is VERY DANGEROUS for me, 'cause I’m there a lot.

I can understand that, I too love the Food from Shaanxi Province.

A little clean out the fridge for lunch today.
Lamb tagline with carrots, artichoke hearts, sautéed onions and black olives.

Dessert was ice cream with a rhubarb raspberry compote, and the last piece of Hoosier Sugar Cream pie.

Channeling Copenhagen @linguafood , I made a simple white bread yesterday which was perfect for open sandwiches.
Radish/Brittany butter radish sprouts
Roast beef, mustard, broccoli sprouts.
Egg salad , bacon, sprouts.

Lucky for you bunny only eats dandelions!

@ChristinaM , have you tried them in an omelette? I’ve added them to salads but how else have you used them?


And some more open faced sandwiches:
Tuna with olive salad and preserved lemon, egg salad with pickle and sprouts.
Buttered freshly made bread with sardine pâté.
BLT and some more egg salad.
