Brisket with mac, pickled onions and pickles from a local 'cue popup operation at the Fishtown Fall Feastivale, which was pleasantly low-key due to an incessant drizzle
The brisket was very tender and had a nice amount of fat, but it was lacking smoke. The mac was rich but bland.
I had a Cajun street COTC that was unfortunately overcooked (“fire-roasted”),
but the dressing had a nice kick, and a delightful pickle from the Fishtown Pickle Project
