What a coincidence. Just now was discussing celeriac just now with the MIL. The missus piped up with the fact she hates celeriac. I did say apart from that roasted celeriac recipe with lentils. I’m looking at the reviews for this epicurious recipe. Does anyone here soak their lentils in alcohol (cider? beer?) before cooking? First I’ve heard of it.
I’ve never soaked my lentils.
I worry that the lentils would be wasted. Haha
