I’m going to keep the soup chunky rather than whirl it smooth. Sourdough bread on standby.

What a coincidence. Just now was discussing celeriac just now with the MIL. The missus piped up with the fact she hates celeriac. I did say apart from that roasted celeriac recipe with lentils. The MIL requested a recipe. I knew I’d posted the link here sov I came to HO to check and here you are replying now so I don’t have to search. Thanks.

I’m looking at the reviews for this epicurious recipe. Does anyone here soak their lentils in alcohol (cider? beer?) before cooking? First I’ve heard of it.

I’ve never soaked my lentils.
