I was refusing to play but I figure its not a binding agreement so…Berbere spice mix and Sazon with coriander and annatto.

A little confused by throwing sauces and spices together, but… as for spices:
cayenne / paprika / black pepper I probz use most often
Choosing just two sauces is impossible. I couldn’t even narrow it down to any number in this thread.
Pink peppercorns and thyme.
Mexican oregano and paprika.
s&p always.

Impossible but based on recent usage patterns, I guess I’d say za’atar and harissa (the dry spice mix). I’d also be happy to boot the sugar in which case I’d sub in smoked paprika.
