I did this for Science … and so you won’t have to. Wegmans frozen thin-crust pizza. $4.79 … so we are in the lower part of fast food pricing. This is not a costly experiment. [IMG_0803] No, it doesn’t come with parchment. [IMG_0805] Verdict: edible; the toppings are ok; I’ve had worse. But the “thin crust” is like a big, round matzoh. It even has perforations. My opinion of Matzoh pizza is: go for it if you have to because you’re observant and it’s Passover. Otherwise, nuh uh. And now …
