More fish name shenanigans 
It never ends! Well, I guess people are entitled to have fish names in their own language.
I bought more fish to make ceviche or sashimi or crudo at home.

In the FAQs;

We label products as ‘sashimi quality’ if they can be consumed raw. "
It arrived packed in ice, but not frozen, or even recently defrosted.
