it’s not that common, but I have a jar. it’s a local mustard.

no idea how many other maple mustards are out there.

I also have a Saskatoon Berry Mustard, another uncommon Canadian mustard. I wouldn’t put that one in deviled eggs but some people might LOL

A New England thing as well. I’ve purchased maple mustard at the Cabot Store in Quechee, VT, but can get them at my local supermarket, Market Basket. Stonewall Kitchen sells one, as does French’s.

Or you can make your own; tons of recipes out there. I’ve often made a sandwich spread of Dark Amber maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and a bit of mayo.
