Cape Ann Fresh Catch is, as they say on their website, a “Community Supported Fishery program”. Cape Ann is a region north of Boston. Some of us Boston-based folk have discussions going on here and a bit here on fish we’ve had from them, and – which is why I am posting this here – how we’ve cooked it. Those of you into cooking – “Hello, anybody on this forum?” – may find minor things of interest there.
I post this only as a way to link to a thread of possible interest to those who cook fish. I ask the mods that this particular thread be locked after this post so that it serves only as a gateway, not as another way of topic bisection and diversion.
