Spinach bagel ( has a touch of onion, garlic and pesto-ordered online) done pizza bagel style. First I lightly toast the split bagel then topped with wifes homemade tomato sauce, mozz cheese and dried oregano.
Poppy seed bagel toasted and topped with goat cheese, lemon zest and shaved raw asparagus.

Toasted egg bagel with homemade egg salad, heavy on the fresh dill, s&p. Topped with grilled tomato.
