Baked Short Rigatoni Recipe

I’ve been seeing videos of luscious, creamy baked pasta dishes from expensive restaurants in NYC.

Does anyone have a good recipe, maybe with bechamel, vodka? I like it when the edges get crispy. I’m leaning toward a non meat version. (I could serve my homemade meatballs on the side.)

I bought a box of DeCecco short rigatoni for this.

How do you feel about a Lentil Pasta Bake??

Nah, not too keen.
