This insane year is finally drawing to a close, so please join me in ringing in this most welcome of new years with a new Cuisine of the Quarter! Agree. But thinking maybe a regional cuisine given how wide ranging Chinese cuisine is? I would vote for food of Hunan. But Sichuan would probably be an easier region for everyone, apart from Cantonese food.
