Taleggio, tomatoes, tapenade tart with a cheese/black pepper crust.
Friseé with vinaigrette.
Sour cream gelato with blackberry compote.

Ha! You are correct , didn’t see it until you pointed it out, and I agree, just a nice combination of flavors. I’ve made larger tarts with those flavorings as well.
Sautéed mushrooms, shallots, chicken on pasta with Taleggio.
Crispy caramelized Guinness brown soda bread crumbles on sour cream gelato with a tip of the hat to a wee drizzle of Jameson.
That pasta dish looks right up my alley. Could you share the recipe or summarize?
Sautéed two large cremini mushrooms , sliced thinly, quartered followed by shallots in some evoo. Added a few shakes of mushroom umami seasoning along with some hot Italian seasoning. Added the already cooked chicken pieces last, deglazed with a little wine.
Pasta was cooked al dente, most of water drained out. Added some cubed Taleggio and mixed vigorously to melt cheese with the pasta water. Plated pasta with cheesy sauce, topped with mushroom/chicken / parsley onto a hot plate.

I had lentil soup for lunch today, still working on the pot of soup I made a couple of weeks ago. I will be having the last serving tomorrow.
